Where it began
It started at a single counter — a grandfather who weighed every gram twice, who believed a customer's trust was worth more than any margin. Four generations later, the scales are digital and the diamonds are laser-inscribed, but the rule he set has never changed: sell nothing you would not gift to your own family.
